Because of her great love for Mid-South Youth Camp and her efforts to promote the camp and send campers there, the Amber Buckley Lyons Memorial Endowed Campership has been established by her father, Dr. Dale Buckley and her husband, Mr. Bill Lyons, and is intended to be awarded to campers who would otherwise not be able to attend a week at Mid-South Youth Camp.

Your daily schedule as a camper is subject to change, as weather and other circumstances may dictate adjustments.
Also, please note: On most days, Lights Out Singing is the final organized, camp-wide activity of the day. Afterward, as a camper you will return to your cabin to begin nighttime routines; these may include showers, cabin devotionals, time with your counselor, etc. Exact times and schedules vary by week and cabin, but your nighttime activities could last a couple of hours past the conclusion of Lights Out Singing or your last camp-wide event.

T-shirts will be handed out at dismissal on Wednesday.
On Thursday, beginning at 2:30, parents are invited to stay for our closing ceremony. This will be held in the dining hall and include a few silly songs, a a celebration for each camper!
Please help us by ensuring your camper is packed and prepare to adhere to MSYC dress code. Dress code will be enforced, so please review before packing. We want to make certain all campers arrive ready for the best week of camp possible.
Please do not expect that you will be with your friend in their cabin. Cabins come on a first come first served basis for age brackets, genders, and groups when making cabin assignments. Online registration for the upcoming Sunday of camp will be available until Wednesday at noon of the preceding week. If you have not registered for camp but would like to come and register on Sunday, please be aware that we would love to have you attend but we will allow registration on a “cabin space available” basis. The cabin you desire to be placed in may already be full. You will have plenty of opportunity to be with your friend(s) during camp. Please be flexible and know that you will have a good time and have an opportunity to make new friends.
Any of these items will be confiscated.
