Here, you’ll find crucial dates to guide you through a successful semester. From application deadlines to course registration, this comprehensive list ensures you stay organized while juggling high school and college. Fall 2025
  • August 20 – Classes begin.
  • August 27 – The Drop/Add period to change Sixteen-Week Course ends at 3:00pm. If you drop a class by this deadline, you are not academically or financially penalized. No tuition will be charged, and no grades are given. If you add a class, you may have some added financial responsibility.
  • September 15 – Tennessee Dual Enrollment Application/Renewal Deadline for TN residents only.
  • October 6 – 10 – Mid-Term Week
  • October 23 – The last day to withdraw without affecting your GPA ends at 3:00pm. You will receive a W grade which does not carry any quality points, so it will not adversely affect your GPA. However, you are still financially responsible for the courses. If you are using the TN DE Grant, your overall GPA must remain at a 2.0 or higher to continue using the grant program. If you withdraw after the October 27 deadline, you will withdraw failing which will be calculated into your GPA.
  • November 22 – 30 – Thanksgiving Break
  • December 8 – 11 – Final Exam Week
Spring 2026
  • January 21 – Classes begin.
  • January 28 – The Drop/Add period to change Sixteen-Week Course ends at 3:00pm. If you drop a class by this deadline, you are not academically or financially penalized. No tuition will be charged, and no grades are given. If you add a class, you may have some added financial responsibility.
  • February 1 – Tennessee Dual Enrollment Application/Renewal Deadline for TN residents only. If you applied in the fall, you do not have to reapply in the spring.
  • March 9 – 13 – Mid-Term Week
  • March 22 – 29 – Spring Break
  • April 2 – The last day to withdraw without affecting your GPA ends at 3:00pm. You will receive a W grade which does not carry any quality points, so it will not adversely affect your GPA. However, you are still financially responsible for the courses. If you are using the TN DE Grant, your overall GPA must remain at a 2.0 or higher to continue using the grant program.
