If you are having thoughts of suicide or harming yourself or others in any way please access one (or more) of the following resources:

- Contact the Tennessee Crisis Textline at 741-741
- Call 911 or 988
- Quickly make your way to the nearest hospital emergency room to be evaluated, and/or for emergency assistance on campus, you may contact FHU Security at 731-989-6911 OR call the UCC Emergency Line at 731-608-2590.
There is no cost for services in the UCC. However, due to high demands for services, students will be allowed up to 8 counseling sessions per academic year through the UCC. Should there be a need for further sessions, the UCC will assist with making appropriate referrals.
